During the session, it was fascinating to see Belen’s creativity extend beyond modelling; she also recorded behind-the-scenes moments, later using them for her Instagram account. Although she describes herself as somewhat introverted, Belem is entirely at ease in front of the camera.
Her confidence and experience as a model were evident in every frame. At one point, I asked Belen what she would write about if given the chance to pen a book. She thoughtfully responded, “I would write about my life before and after meeting my best friend for the first time.”
Despite the stifling heat, the session was a success. A few days later, as I worked through the editing process, I decided to feature some of the photos in black and white. The timeless quality of monochrome seemed to perfectly capture the depth and mood of that memorable evening with Belen.
